Welcome to the online registration web site for the 2025 AAAA Convention!  This simple online form is efficient and secure.  Please complete all items on this form.  When all of the fields have been entered, click the "Submit" button near the bottom of the form.  

Enter names in the first section as you would like them to appear on your name badge(s). In the Billing section further below, enter your name as it appears on your credit card.

The 2025 AAAA convention registration fee is $125 per person.  The registration fee covers all convention programs and activities from Wednesday evening through Saturday morning. Food accommodations include buffet lunch and dinner options on Thursday; free buffet breakfast each day (for hotel guests), Mon - Fri from 6:30 - 9:30 a.m., and Sat and Sun from 7:00 am - 10:30 a.m., with made-to-order egg dishes; and a COMPLIMENTARY evening reception each day for hotel guests with a rotating variety of snacks and light appetizers from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. Up to two (2) alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages included.

AAAA has negotiated a heavily discounted guest room rate of $142 per night for a room with one king bed or a room with two queen beds, plus tax. To reserve a room at the convention rate,  click the link above or call the hotel directly at 614-790-9000.  If you intend to extend your stay in the area, rooms will be available between July 13-July 21 at the same rates.  Wi-Fi in your room is included at no charge.  Parking is also free.

The deadline for reservations and receiving the group discount is June 15, 2025.  Our room block may fill up prior to that date.  Early registration and reservations are strongly encouraged.
